Sandtrooper Helmet And Armour, Full Size star wars costume. Had this set of armour since around 2009, even then it was second hand. If I recall correctly it is an “FX” make, and probably cost a fortune when first bought. It is specific Sandtrooper armour, not a conversion of a Stormtrooper. (if you do not know the difference, please do some research, Sandy’s were the first design of Stormtrooper armour). Again as far as I recall, they are real “Hovi” mic tips on the helmet (wires still attached, diaphragm visible). SALE IS FOR ARMOUR ONLY. It will fit a large male (the guy i got it from was over 6 foot, i’m 5’10). SNIPER PLATE MISSING (I WILL LOOK FOR THIS, BUT FOR THE MOMENT IT MUST BE ACCEPTED AS MISSING). This Helmet was never trooped in – only used as a display piece. The Helmet is made of ABS plastic, painted with and undercoating of the “green/tan” paint to give the appearance of the HDPE molded helmet that was originally used in Star Wars ANH – this can seen inside the helmet and the areas on the exterior that are purposely given the chipped paint appearance to show the undercoating. It was made by Troopermaster (TM) to the same specs as on screen Sandtrooper helmets. This Helmet has the same type of strapping/padding system that was used in ANH – the chin snap on one side has come off and will need to be replaced.
