DARTH VADER HELMET FULL SIZE. This sale is for a full size Darth Vader helmet as pictured. The helmet is constructed from industry standard fibreglass. Carefull construction ensures no weak areas within the laminate. The helmet is in two parts.. The faceplate and dome. The faceplate is attached to the dome by means of an internal cup. This ensures the faceplate lines up correctly when fitted. HIGHLIGHTED OR ALL BLACK VERSION. The highlighted version has the faceplate coloured like the original movie version. The all black version the faceplate is painted with no highlights present. The helmet is fitted with dark bubble acrylic 3mm lenses. The tusks are correct for the ESB version and are cast from metal alloy. These are securely attached to the faceplate. METAL MESH MOUTH SECTION. STORMTROOPER FULL SIZE HERO HELMET. This sale is for a full size plastic Stormtrooper helmet as pictured. PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION The helmet is constructed from Vacuum formed plastic of approx 2mm thickness. This material is lightweight but also robust for display or trooping. ORIGINAL SHAPE The helmet is vacuum formed using molds based on the original helmet design from the movies. The mold design used allows sharp details and deep undercuts in the finished product. WHITE GLOSS FINISH The surface of the helmet is unpainted white gloss finish. The plastic gives a deep reflective shine to the surface. GLOSSY DECALS The helmet is fitted with industry standard vinyl decals which are glossy and match the original design. HERO VERSION The helmet is based on the Hero version which include dark bubble lenses, lowered brow, less teeth, 3 bumps on the ear sections and two screws per ear section. DARK BUBBLE LENSES The helmet is fitted with 3mm thick dark acrylic thermoformed lenses. These can be seen through although the wearers face cannot be seen. HAND PAINTED DETAILS The helmet has hand painted details applied using quality acrylic paints. PADDING INCLUDED The inside of the helmet has padding fitted. The visor will have to be cut out, some filling and sanding will need to be done before painting. The helmet comes with a grey tinted lens not shown. Star Wars First Order Stormtrooper Armor Prop With Anovos Helmet

Up for grabs is a set of Jimmiroquai’s TFA Stormtrooper Armor Kit with Anovos helmet. The armor should fit someone around 6’7, and 6’2 range and various girth sizes without too much modification to the armor. The Anovos First order stormtrooper TFA helmet new in box inside of the brown Anovos mailer box (mint). Never trooped in, or worn, or used in any manner. It is made of flexible fiberglass which is shown in the youtube video link. I started sanding and fixing some of the pin holes and in perfections but I have lost interest and the armor has sat for over a year. Get this set for a steal! It has never been assembled or trooped in. The armor is still in kit form so you will need to finish sanding, painting, and etc. Everything shown is what you will receive (armor portions and new in box Anovos stormtrooper helmet). (You will still need the rubber belt, belt pouches, rubber gaskets, black undersuit, boots and gloves to make this suit complete). The youtube video link shows the material used to create the armor. STAR WARS 1:1 STORMTROOPER LIFE SIZE MOVIE HELMET COSTUME ARMOR PROP. Star Wars – Stormtrooper Armor. (will fit a 5’5″ to 6’2″ up to 200 lbs person) Armor are made of hand laid fiberglass with a gel coat exterior, sanded to a super smooth finish and is painted with automotive paint. Fiberglass is made by combining resin with woven glass mat that is then hand laid and sculpted into the desired shapes. ABS plastic is not as tough as fiberglass, and if it cracked or damaged, repairs are difficult, costly, and rarely return the plastic to its original state. Fiberglass, however, is not only more durable than ABS, but repairs to it can also be easily completed by almost anyone. Scale 1:1, Movie Size.
