Anovos Stormtrooper complete KIT. The Anovos’s Star Wars Stormtrooper kit is accurate to the armor used in the Star Wars Original Trilogy. This listing is for a complete Anovos Stormtrooper Armor Kit which includes the Anovos pre-assembled helmet. This kit was duplicated using 3D scans and reference taken from the original armor combined with “idealized” elements artistic license. The Anovos Stormtrooper Kit has a long backlog of production with a 6 month wait time. Here’s your chance to own one of their armor kits now. Stormtrooper armor is designed to fit a person that is between (but not limited to) 5 ft. In height, with a mesomorphic body type. It may be possible to alter the armor to fit other body types as well, but this would require modifications by the end-user. Helmet and Armor components are made from vacuum formed UV-protected ABS plastic. THEY ARE UNTRIMMED FROM THE RAW VACUUM FORMED PLASTIC. You will have to trim the flashing away for proper assembly and finishing. This kit is made for customization options during fitting. Armor pieces require trimming, clean-up and physical assembly. Usually taking 16-40 hours, depending on your familiarity with Costume Armor assembly. Basic snaps, strapping, and hook and loop suite is included for mounting of armor pieces. Helmet is pre-assembled and ready-to-wear. HELMET IS ASYMETRICAL, LIKE THE ORIGINAL MOVIE USED HELMETS. It is not a mirror copy from right-to-left. The helmet looks like it was pulled off the molds while the plastic was hot and distroted as it cooled, but that is not the case, the helmet was sculpted this way back in the 1970’s. The Helmet visor lens is made of green tinted plastic and is adjustable. Helmet size adjustment system ensures a comfortable and secure fit. You may have to tweak the placement of the hardhat liner manually after test fitting the helmet. Blaster rifle holster is assembled. (search for “Anovos Stormtrooper Instructions”). Undersuit (XL) is two-piece with mock turtleneck collar and stirrups. Top and pant should be tailored for proper fit by the end-user. Gloves are black rubber similar to the original screen-used items. Footwear and blaster not included. Tools, paint, and glue not included. This is the only Anovos Stromtrooper Kit I have. I’ve added two brand new never used pads for your head. I also have some additional ones (pictured) you can position for your head size. Just stick Velcro where they need to go (velcro provided). As anyone will tell you, it is up to your 501st GML to determine if this is approved, but I will say that I currently use this helmet with my 501st approved TK and used it to get it approved.
