This is a (Polypropylene/HDPE) ANH Stormtrooper Helmet. It has been vacuum-formed in. 60ga (1.5mm) (Same thickness as the original helmets) Polypropylene/HDPE and is screen accurate with movie linage. Polypropylene/HDPE is the material used in 1977 to make the Stunt Stormtrooper helmets. It has been color matched, RAL 7034, to a screen worn helmet. The material is springy, slick and durable. The helmet will need to be primmed and painted. The Polypropylene/HDPE does not hold paint as well as normal plastic, so will in time flake off in areas giving the “chipped” look of the original screen worn helmets.
