Comes with under armour black body suit all armour and helmet and neck seal – does not come with boots. Ready-to-wear armour has been specifically developed for costuming. Cast from modified moulds the armour conforms to the body whilst maintaining an incredible level of original detail. Andrew Ainsworth and his team have used modern thermoplastics and time-tested techniques to produce a set of armour that flexes and is light enough to wear all day. Strong enough to withstand the rigours of costuming too! Ready-to-wear straight out of the box. Professional popper integrated strap system. Accommodates various body dimensions typically 56 to 62 (165-185cm) with various builds. Can be adapted for people outside these core dimensions. Comes with added Neck Seal. When I put this suit together, I came to understand that there’s more to the Stormtrooper suit than just the armor and helmet. Putting a new suit of armor together also takes a great deal of labor. I spent about 50 hours trimming the edges of the plastic, adding industrial grade velcro to each piece of armor, assembling the belts, molding/attaching the torso pieces, fitting suspenders for the torso pieces, and adding padding to the helmet. The suit is ready to wear out of the box when you receive it. Velcro on the edges of the armor allows it to be easily fastened on the body. I trimmed the plastic to fit me – a 6’1″ 230 dude with a 38″ waist. The velcro can be easily fastened tighter to fit a smaller person.
