It was used a few times, but it was kept in display most of its time. The voice changer has been tested and proven to be fully operational, but please keep in mind that in order for it to work, the microphone must be in very close proximity to your mouth, practically touching your lips. This is the same case with all of the shadowtrooper helmets, they are all the same. Signs of previous wear include: hairline scratches all around, a few nicks and scuffs here and there but nothing major. All this is shown in photos.
