This sale is for a very accurate Stormtrooper helmet as seen in Star Wars A New Hope (Episode IV). Here’s some details. Made from a khaki PP helmet kit (very close in shape and material used to a screen used helmet). I guess that many of you knows how accurate is this helmet, especially in this type of plastic (close to an original). Ears made out of white ABS. Whole helmet primered with special plastic primer. Thus the finish stick very well on the helmet. Finished just like it have been done for the screen used helmet: red primer, white gloss automotiv paint (paint + hardener), weathering. Handpainted details for the teeth, vocoder, ears, teardrops and traps. U brow trim and S shaped neck trim. Lens made out of green acetate sheet, yellow star padding. Mic tips made out of three white resin parts (very accurate 3d printed parts): hollow body, nipple and back with the screw. Chin strap with vintage military (Newey) fasteners. I managed to get this helmet as accurate as possible. I didn’t wanted to make a clean helmet but more something close to an helmet during filming (with weathering but no cracks on the paint). Assembly, paint, details, accessoiries, etc.. It’s way more an helmet made for hardcore collectors who wants something really really close to an original, thus an helmet for collecting and not really for trooping. You can wear it but if you troops with it, this helmet will become just like an original prop today. Not idealized, not a very clean licenced replica just like MR or EFX. Technically used, although I never got the chance to wear the armor out anywhere. Neck seal (Size 15-16.5). Shoulder straps (both textured and smooth, 2 each). Shoulder guards (L & R). Upper arm piece (L & R). Forearm guard (L & R). Gloves with attached handguards (L & R). Belt with attached packs. Thermal Detonator that attaches to belt. Thigh pieces (L & R, Right has belt attached). Shin pieces (L & R, Left has knee guard). Boots (Size 10.5-11). Anovos Star Wars Stormtrooper Armor Kit with completed Helmet, large size

I was hoping to build this myself in time for the “Star Wars: Rogue One” movie this December, but just haven’t had time. This is kit is brand new, still in the box. I opened the box to take a look at all the pieces, but everything is still in the plastic wrap, etc. Includes the entire costume except the boots and blaster. Read below for details. Feel free to send me a note if you have questions. White ABS plastic armor pieces are crafted from semi-idealized sculpts, with key features replicating the nuances of the original Stormtrooper costumes. Helmet is completed and ready-to-wear, and features distinctive asymmetry (an artifact of the hand-sculpted screen-used pieces). Head rig is adjustable up to a size 8 US hat size and is removable. Flat green lens material is removable. Holster is genuine leather and pre-assembled to ready-to-wear equipment belt. Gloves are black rubber similar to the original screen-used items. Neck seal features ribbing and bib with zip closure. Two-piece undersuit consists of long-sleeve top and pant. Costume is designed to fit a person that is between 5 ft. 8 in to 6 ft. (1.7 to 1.8 meters) in height, with a mesomorphic body-type. Footwear and blaster NOT included. Comes with the completed helmet, completed equipment belt with leather holster, neck seal, gloves and two-piece bodysuit. Armor pieces require trimming, clean-up and physical assembly. Basic snaps, strapping, and hook and loop suite is included for mounting of armor pieces. Tools, paint, and glue not included. Please note that build times and difficulty levels vary between users, and as such there isn’t a definitive baseline. New builders to full-size armor kits will likely require more time and expense than those who have previous experience in building similar armor kits.
