STORMTROOPER FULL SIZE HERO HELMET. This sale is for a full size plastic Stormtrooper helmet as pictured. PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION The helmet is constructed from Vacuum formed plastic of approx 2mm thickness. This material is lightweight but also robust for display or trooping. ORIGINAL SHAPE The helmet is vacuum formed using molds based on the original helmet design from the movies. The mold design used allows sharp details and deep undercuts in the finished product. WHITE GLOSS FINISH The surface of the helmet is unpainted white gloss finish. The plastic gives a deep reflective shine to the surface. GLOSSY DECALS The helmet is fitted with industry standard vinyl decals which are glossy and match the original design. HERO VERSION The helmet is based on the Hero version which include dark bubble lenses, lowered brow, less teeth, 3 bumps on the ear sections and two screws per ear section. DARK BUBBLE LENSES The helmet is fitted with 3mm thick dark acrylic thermoformed lenses. These can be seen through although the wearers face cannot be seen. HAND PAINTED DETAILS The helmet has hand painted details applied using quality acrylic paints. PADDING INCLUDED The inside of the helmet has padding fitted.
