Please read listing Carefully. Hi, you can now order our full size Stromtrooper armour sections. These are available in white or Shadow black. Please let me know which you would prefer. Full set adult size, would say as a rough guide, average weight 5′ up to 6’6. This is a good quality fibreglass moulded set. Coloured white or black. Please be aware this is a fibreglass set of armour so unless you are a competent model maker with fibreglass and/or professional prop building experience this set isn’t for you and would recommend one of the plastic’superglue. That can be cut with a pair of scissors and made up on your dinning room table. However, if your looking for set of armour that will last for years, repairable, strong, and will not let you down then this set is ideal. This set of armour comes without the helmet. The sections will be rough trimmed but you will need to finish trimming to size. There are plenty of videos on You Tube if you need help and your always welcome to drop me a line for help and advice. DARTH VADER HELMET FULL SIZE. This sale is for a full size Darth Vader helmet as pictured. The helmet is constructed from industry standard fibreglass. Carefull construction ensures no weak areas within the laminate. The helmet is in two parts.. The faceplate and dome. The faceplate is attached to the dome by means of an internal cup. This ensures the faceplate lines up correctly when fitted. HIGHLIGHTED OR ALL BLACK VERSION. The highlighted version has the faceplate coloured like the original movie version. The all black version the faceplate is painted with no highlights present. The helmet is fitted with dark bubble acrylic 3mm lenses. The tusks are correct for the ESB version and are cast from metal alloy. These are securely attached to the faceplate. METAL MESH MOUTH SECTION. STORMTROOPER FULL SIZE HERO HELMET. This sale is for a full size plastic Stormtrooper helmet as pictured. PLASTIC CONSTRUCTION The helmet is constructed from Vacuum formed plastic of approx 2mm thickness. This material is lightweight but also robust for display or trooping. ORIGINAL SHAPE The helmet is vacuum formed using molds based on the original helmet design from the movies. The mold design used allows sharp details and deep undercuts in the finished product. WHITE GLOSS FINISH The surface of the helmet is unpainted white gloss finish. The plastic gives a deep reflective shine to the surface. GLOSSY DECALS The helmet is fitted with industry standard vinyl decals which are glossy and match the original design. HERO VERSION The helmet is based on the Hero version which include dark bubble lenses, lowered brow, less teeth, 3 bumps on the ear sections and two screws per ear section. DARK BUBBLE LENSES The helmet is fitted with 3mm thick dark acrylic thermoformed lenses. These can be seen through although the wearers face cannot be seen. HAND PAINTED DETAILS The helmet has hand painted details applied using quality acrylic paints. PADDING INCLUDED The inside of the helmet has padding fitted. This sale is for a 1:1 full size stormtrooper helmet from the famous Star Wars saga. The helmet is constructed from industry standard gelcoat and fibreglass approx 2mm thick. Carefull construction ensures no weak areas within the laminate. The interior is flowcoated giving a smooth surface. The helmet is finished with quality automotive acrylic spray paints giving a hard wearing white gloss finish. The helmet is produced from a quality matrix mold giving an appearance of multipart construction. Parts of helmet are detailed with quality modelling acrylic paints giving excellent colour match to the vinyl decals used. Industry standard vinyl graphics are applied to the helmet. Glossy and wont chip away. The helmet is fitted with flat green lenses just like the original screen helmets. The helmet is an alternative to vac formed products with the advantage of easy repairs if the helmet becomes accidently damaged. No internal padding is fitted to the helmet.
