Star Wars Stormtrooper Hero Helmet Full Size Vacuum Formed Plastic Prop Armour
STORMTROOPER FULL SIZE HERO HELMET. This sale is for a full size plastic Stormtrooper helmet as pictured. IMPROVED PLASTIC THICKER CONSTRUCTION The helmet is constructed from Vacuum formed plastic. The faceplate is formed with 2.0mm plastic and the cap and back section is formed from 2.5mm thick plastic. This gives improved strength and durability whilst still giving excellent surface detail in the forming. These helmets are not flimsy and the plastic parts have to be machine cut.. They cannot be cut with scissors. There is a nice weight to the helmet but not too heavy to troop in. ORIGINAL SHAPE The helmet is vacuum formed using molds based on the original helmet design from the movies. The mold design used allows sharp details and deep undercuts in the finished product. Using my own design of collapsible mold this allows for a deep undercut on the back section of the helmet. WHITE GLOSS FINISH The surface of the helmet is unpainted white gloss finish. The plastic gives a deep reflective shine to the surface. GLOSSY DECALS The helmet is fitted with industry standard vinyl decals which are glossy and match the original design. HERO VERSION The helmet is based on the Hero version which include dark bubble lenses, lowered brow, less teeth, 3 bumps on the ear sections and two screws per ear section. DARK BUBBLE LENSES The helmet is fitted with 3mm thick dark acrylic thermoformed lenses. These can be seen through although the wearers face cannot be seen. HAND PAINTED DETAILS The helmet has hand painted details applied using quality acrylic paints. PADDING INCLUDED The inside of the helmet has padding fitted. These helmets have been produced from a thicker plastic giving a superior sturdy finish whilst still having excellent surface detail within the forming. Star Wars Black Series Incinerator Stormtrooper Voice Changer Helmet Custom
Star Wars black series electronic voice changer lifesize wearable helmet custom. Based off the Star Wars Unleashed videogame. Incinerator Trooper Red paint design battle damage. Note the helmet was taken out the box new and snapped assembled to paint. I still have the box but again it will not fit inside the original box safely. In my first attempt to paint a full size item paint mist got inside helmet but it was wiped as clean as I could so it appears worn inside from paint but the helmet is brand new and is clean 100% from the outside. See all pics Im pretty sure a cleaner can be used to clean the inside if you chose. All my items come from a smoke free environment. Please follow and check out my other custom work. Full size Republic Commando helmet Sev RC-1207 star wars costume stormtrooper
STAR WARS REPUBLIC COMMANDO HELMET. This sale is for a Star wars Republic Commando helmet painted in Sev squad colour scheme. This is 1:1 scale full size and can be worn. The helmet is constructed from industry standard fibreglass which is strong and light. The interior is flowcoated giving a smooth surface. The visor is thermoformed 3mm dark acrylic which can be seen through although the users face cannot be seen. The helmet is fitted with EL wire powered by an internal battery box.. A bright LED searchlight is also fitted powered by a separate 9 volt battery box. The helmet is produced from an original sculpt. The helmet is an excellent addition from the Republic Commando series. The helmet can be worn but there is no padding fitted.
