Rey is a Jakku scavenger, a survivor toughened by life on a harsh desert planet. Like nearly everything she owns, Reys X-wing pilot helmet is salvage from the wreckage that litters Jakku. Helmet interior is fully lined for a finished appearance including dual comlink booms and earcup cushions. Helmet size adjustment system ensures a comfortable and secure fit. Star Wars Stormtrooper Hero Helmet Full Size Vacuum Formed Plastic Prop Armour

STORMTROOPER FULL SIZE HERO HELMET. This sale is for a full size plastic Stormtrooper helmet as pictured. IMPROVED PLASTIC THICKER CONSTRUCTION The helmet is constructed from Vacuum formed plastic. The faceplate is formed with 2.0mm plastic and the cap and back section is formed from 2.5mm thick plastic. This gives improved strength and durability whilst still giving excellent surface detail in the forming. These helmets are not flimsy and the plastic parts have to be machine cut.. They cannot be cut with scissors. There is a nice weight to the helmet but not too heavy to troop in. ORIGINAL SHAPE The helmet is vacuum formed using molds based on the original helmet design from the movies. The mold design used allows sharp details and deep undercuts in the finished product. Using my own design of collapsible mold this allows for a deep undercut on the back section of the helmet. WHITE GLOSS FINISH The surface of the helmet is unpainted white gloss finish. The plastic gives a deep reflective shine to the surface. GLOSSY DECALS The helmet is fitted with industry standard vinyl decals which are glossy and match the original design. HERO VERSION The helmet is based on the Hero version which include dark bubble lenses, lowered brow, less teeth, 3 bumps on the ear sections and two screws per ear section. DARK BUBBLE LENSES The helmet is fitted with 3mm thick dark acrylic thermoformed lenses. These can be seen through although the wearers face cannot be seen. HAND PAINTED DETAILS The helmet has hand painted details applied using quality acrylic paints. PADDING INCLUDED The inside of the helmet has padding fitted. These helmets have been produced from a thicker plastic giving a superior sturdy finish whilst still having excellent surface detail within the forming.
